Rainy season is upon us. Every year during this time roads of Greed Road, Malibag, Shantinagara, Mouchak, Dhanmondi, Motijheel, Mirpur, Khilkhet & many other important areas, get waterlogged due to poor drainage systems. Such distressful situation puts daily lives of countless citizens at neat halt.

Clogged water often washes in the garbage into the residents. Also destroys important stored goods at the shops & storages. Regular middle-class workers, teachers & students suffer the most. It becomes a rigorous task for them, to reach their destinations within the right time, yet on the daily basis.

On top of it, several public transportations do not run during heavy rains or when roads are waterlogged. Since, it not only makes physically harder to cut through waters, but also water leakage into the engine greatly damages the vehicle.

Even with fewer number of traffic, the roads are getting jammed for verities of issues due to waterlogging. General people are very annoyed for not being able to do their Eid shopping properly.
