Titu Roy were taken into another 4-days’ remand for the second time, on Saturday. Though, none came to his aid, at first. Now, Hindu-Buddhist-Christian Unity Council local leader Advocate Babul Shona announced that, 7 lawyers including himself, will defend Titu Roy at the court. Also, Titu Roy will get administrative & media support from several other humanitarian & cultural organizations, he added. The case merit favors Titu, mentioned Rangpur Lawyer Council’s GS Abdul Malek. Hence, lawyers have no problem to fight for this case. Since, it is a controversial case, either they charge for any payment or not, the involved advocates will surely get quite a media-promotion.
