Make life healthy and Happy

     

     

    Exercise for 30 minutes for each day.

    Drink 8 glass of water in a day.

    Eat breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.

    Make time for prayer and reflection.

    Play games, practice yoga.

    Avoid salt and don’t drink soda.

    Read more books.

    Sit silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

    Sleep for 8 hours.

    Don’t waste your precious energy on gossiping.

    Time heals everything.

    Life is too short to waste hating anyone, don’t hate anyone.

    Always remember a thing that, no one is incharge of your happiness except you.
