The country’s main terminal for water vehicles, Sadarghat, is coming under free WiFi zone, an initiative undertaken by Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) in line with the vision of Digital Bangladesh.Bangladesh Telecommunication Company Limited (BTCL) will partner DSCC in implementing the initiative. The internet facility for all is soon going to be installed at the terminal, hopes DSCC officials.Similar service has already been launched in important places in the capital including Nagar Bhaban, Lalbagh Fort and Kamalapur station.
DSCC officials say, more spots in the city will be gradually brought under internet availability.
