More heads of state and government, including the Ghanaian president and the Cambodian prime minister, have extended their heartfelt congratulations to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on her reappointment as the prime minister for the third straight time, reports BSS. Ghanaian President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, in his congratulatory message, yesterday said: “I look forward to working with you towards achieving concrete results in our bilateral as well as multilateral endeavors in fulfillment of the aspirations of our peoples”.
Akufo-Addo expressed his significant commendation to the leadership of Sheikh Hasina, also the chief of Awami League, and the people of Bangladesh on peaceful outcomes of Bangladesh’s general elections.
“I have no doubt that, under your wise leadership, the people of Bangladesh will enjoy greater socioeconomic progress and prosperity in the years to come,” Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said in separate message sent to the premier, who is serving her fourth overall regime as yet.
He showed his interest to work closely with Hasina for boosting the current relations of friendship and great co-activity in both bilateral and multilateral framework between the two countries.
