The Islamic University Journalists Association (IUJA) has condemned the attack on three journalists of Dhaka University.
IUJA president Abdullah Al-Faruk and its general secretary M Emran Shuvro was issued a press release in this regard on Monday morning. The wing demanded immediate punishment of the attackers who beat the journalists indiscriminately.

Mentioned, a group of Bangladesh Chhatra League activists of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) unit carried out an attacked on Mehedi Hasan of Kaler Kantho, Kabir Kanon of Daily Ittefaq and Muntasir Zihad of Dainik Janakantha while they went to Sher-e-Bangla Hall after being informed that a student of Pharmacy department of DU was picked up by some BUET students on December 14.
