Government authorities have been making excuses about the implementation of the High Court order. Regarding the selection of historic places of Suhrawardy Udyan. High Court bench of Judge ABM Khayrul Haque & Judge Momtaj Uddin Ahmed ordered of conserving the sites of intellectual mass-killings and graves of Freedom-Fighters & soldiers Mitro-Bahini, at Suhrawardy Udyan area, on 8 July 2010.Meantime, Advocate Monzil Morshed mentioned that, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina recently has assured of implementing this court order soon, during a parliamentary meeting.
