Bari Siddi-qui, the eminent folk singer and composer was admitted to intensive care unit (ICU) and has been put into life support at Square Hospitals in Dhaka on Friday night after he felt chest pain. He has been suffering from several physical complications including kidney problems and diabetes, said the Hospital doctor. His son, Shabbir Siddiqui told the reporters that his father has been a kidney patient for last two weeks and undergoing dialysis three days in a week.
