Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) has taken an amazing initiation to bring the educational institution in the nationwide forestation campaign. In order to tackle the climate change & encourage tree plantation. On top of it, the trees selected to decorate the educational institute premises are the endangered species of trees in Bangladesh.The ‘Reforming Educational Institution Premises in Green by Saving Endangered Trees’ project will be fulfilling two major needs. Both for the young generation & environment. It will officially start in January, after full preparations.Over 300 district schools-colleges will covered by the project, with 1000 kinds of endangered trees, assured DSHE Deputy Director Jahangir Hossain.
