Seed quality-certification agencies are facing countless difficulties and failing to cooperate with the current widespread seed production sectors, claimed the General Director of department of Agricultural Extension, Md. Habibur Rahman.He added that, unless these agencies are properly guided to cope-up with time & everyone else, Bangladesh agricultural sector might have to pay the price.
