Dividing a ministry intro multiple ministries or divisions is not proving to be helpful or efficient, complain several authority officials. It’s only creating more conflict & complication. Indefinite organogram is making things even more complex. Even ministers & state-ministers are facing difficulties keeping everything balanced. Meanwhile, even multiplying & dividing ministries have not solved the employee accommodation issues.
Recently on 30 November of last year, Ministry of Education was separated into Secondary & Higher-Studies Division and Polytechnic & Madrasa Division. This has only slowed down the productivity and most employees do have proper office space or rooms. Complains Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid in a recent note.
State-Minister of Health also expressed of similar problems for the dividing of Health Ministry. Secretaries of the Ministry of Home Affairs often complaining about the similar issues to the higher authorities, as well.
