    The U.S Surgeon General, Vivek H. Murthy had an opinion that, walking can be a good priority in everyone’s life. It’s critical to maintain an active lifestyle with achieving fitness. So there is no other simple and effective way to get physical activity than this affordable way. Even walking with pet regularly is good for both.

    Regular walk improves something like cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, stronger muscles and bones. It also decreased stress.

     

    In spite of get good benefits, it helps contribute local humane society through pet walking.

    If you don’t have any pet for walking, you may ask the humane society to exercise an adoptable dog.

    The time period depend on the breed. It may at least a 30 minute walk per day and five times a week. But each dog needs different time for exercise.

     

    Sometimes you can carry fresh water and keep a bag or scoop handy for emergency.
