President Abdul Hamid returned home on Thursday morning from London after a 10-day visit for his medical check-up, including eye treatment.
A regular flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the President landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:10am.
On his arrival at the airport, the President was received by Finance Minister AMA Muhith, Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu, Foreign Affairs Minister AH Mahmood Ali, the dean of the diplomatic corps, British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Alison Blake, the cabinet secretary, the chiefs of the three services and high civil and military officials.
