Eid Travels: Increasing Demand Of Train Tickets

    Many people prefer more comfortable journey on the trains than buses. Especially during this rainy season, when most roads are filled with sinks and ditches. Increasing number of interested ticket buyers are crowding the Kamalarapur Rail Station every day.
    Station Master Shitangshu Chakraborty said, 3 days ahead of the Eid are most demanding ticket dates. But, their power limited. They are doing their best to fulfil the public demand.
    22, 496 tickets been sold of 31 trains for each day. 25% online, 5% VIP & 5% reserved for rail-employees. Rest 65% are available at the ticket-counter at the station. Tickets of 21, 22, 29, 30 & 31 August will serially available.
    Since, Moitree Express will be closed from 1 – 4 September. Return tickets will be sold for 4, 5, 6 & 7 September. This will be available from 25 August.
