Practice of healthy cattle fattening increases in Naogaon

With Eid al-Adha ahead, farms are feeding the cattle domestic food and taking extra care of them instead of fattening them with medicines, reports Channel 24 News. Medical examinations are being conducted on the animals before handing them to the buyers.

The Livestock Division said that buyers are ensured of good quality meat and will not be cheated in any way.

This year, a total of 14951 cattlemen have taken up the initiative to fatten their cattle through the local system.
