    Processed meat: If anyone eats high consumptions of processed meats, it can causes risk of colon cancer.

    Soft drinks: Soft drinks have high amount of sugar. It can make problems like Insulin Resistance.

    White Breads: White bread is added with artificial nutrients. High Blood sugar, weight and Diabetes increases with these foods.

    Instant Noodles: These noodles are loaded with calories and sodium which provides very less nutrients. It may causes heart attack and strokes.

    Soy Products: ISOFLAVONES is in Soy products which mimic the human hormone estrogen.
