Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) will be establishing several Industrial Corridors by the important highways routes. PM already approved of this, informed BIDA Chairman Kazi M Aminul Islam in a meeting at their office, on Monday. Even, primary ground surveying are complete and Asian Development Bank will be providing initial technical support.
Jesore-Magura-Faridpur-Dhaka; Jesore-Norail-Kashiyani-Vanga-Dhaka and Jesore-Khulna-Bagerhat-Gopalganj- Kashiyani-Dhaka; these routes are under current consideration of BIDA. They also shared their personal experience & personal inspection of Industrial Corridors in India & Malaysia. Industrial corridors in Bangladesh will be made adapting those.
