Telephone was the first revolution for distant real-time conversation in the past. Even, landphones were more trusty & economic gadget for this purpose. But, exponentially Bangladesh Telecommunication Company (BTCL) losing the technological market-race to the attractive modern smart cell-phones. Many starting to question about BTCL’s necessity & existence.
There were over 9.43 lacs landphone users in 2011. That has reduced down to only 16 thousands in past 5 years. Stating the reasons for abandoning BTCL, customers mainly blames their poor customer-service and administration, over the handiness of cell-phones.
BTCL acknowledges their failure of growth and development. But BTCL is also assuring that, they have some new plans & features to bring. In order to, bring back old users and attract more new ones. They promises of continuously upgrading their customer services as well.
