Jatiya Oikya Front was formed keeping a number of strategies in mind. The plans included freeing BNP’s incarcerated chief, Khaleda Zia, giving back the people their voting rights, and restoring democracy. Did anyone else voiced these?
Everybody knows why we floated the alliance. This is not that we did so just out of our expectations. We are the players in the political field. We need to perform no matter we win or lose. We did not play with the aim to come victorious. We are politicians and we do it for the welfare of the people. We will do politics even if we lose or win an election. We do not have what we call expectations. I am not suited most to say now what our future activities will be. We have our policymakers to speak of the matter.
