The administration does different types of work. The responsibilities of Election Commission are being done by the administration. This allegation is not new. There is still shortage of manpower in the Election Commission so they need to depend on the administration. If the government wants, the administration will be neutral. Why should anyone come to Election Commission for allegation, they should decide where the problem is, if the election environment is spoiled, then the action will be taken duly.
