An officer of Detecitve Branch (DB ) was injured by two muggers in the capital yesterday morning. DB inspector Mahbubul Haque was returning home from office in the morning. When he reached Mouchak area, two miscreants stopped him.They tried to snatch his belongings. As he tried to resist them, they stabbed him. Later his wife took him to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), where he was admitted in the emergency ward, Sub Inspector Bacchu Mia at DMCH outpost confirmed media.
