Rodrigo Duterte says, “When I was a teenager I had been in and out of jail, a rumble here and there.” He also said, “At the age of 16, I already killed someone. A real person rumbled and stabbed.” According to President Duterte’s spokesman, his comments were made as a joke. Duterte has previously explained that he killed criminal suspects as the mayor of the city of Davao. His war on drugs and criminals has led over 12000 Filipinos to death since he sat on the president office in June 2016.
