BSS: Rajshahi University (RU) has adopted a 50-year mega plan for transforming it into a digital one through expanding the fields of ICT-based academic and research works.
Under the plan, Bangabandhu Square, university archive, international relation centre, media centre and mural of four national leaders.
will be installed in the campus premises.
RU administration revealed this in a view-sharing meeting on “Rajshahi University Website and other Digital Services” at Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Senate Building today.
All institute directors, department chairmen, faculty deans, hall provosts and others concerned were present at the meeting.
Vice-chancellor Prof Abdus Sobhan and Pro-VC Prof Ananda Kumar Shaha addressed the meeting as chief and special guests respectively with Pro-VC Prof Chowdhury Jakaria in the chair.
