    ‘Drug peddler’ held with Yaba pills in Jashore

    UNB: Members of Border Guard Bangladesh
    (BGB) in a drive arrested an alleged drug
    peddler along with 600 pieces of contraband
    Yaba pills from Shibnathpur village in Benapole on Wednesday morning.
    The arrestee was identified as Yanur Rahman, 35, son of Idrish Ali of the village.
    Acting on a tip-off, a BGB team led by Camp Commander Harun-ur-Rashid conducted the drive in the area and arrested Yanur red-handed while handling the Yaba pills, said Le Col Imran Ullah Sarkar, commander of BGB-21 Battalion.
