Chinese Ambassador to Dhaka Zhang Zuo on Saturday (Dec 8) said Bangladesh has adequate capability to hold fair and impartial elections. “I hope the elections will be a free and fair one,” he said. He further said China is cooperating with Bangladesh and Myanmar’s joint efforts to solve Rohingya crisis. Zhang Zuo was replying reporters’ questions in a seminar on Bangladesh-China relations, at Six Seasons hotel in Gulshan, organized by Cosmos Foundation. Cosmos Foundation Chairman Enayetullah Khan, Dhaka University teacher Prof Imtiaz Ahmed and Brac University teacher Prof Afsan Chowdhury, among others, took part in the seminar.
