The government is least committed to the middle class since it is politically influential. The middle class does not have any political power. The government does not seem to care much about the middle class because it is weak. For this reason, the middle class can be denied. It is a different issue if the class can gain strength.
The middle class has a stand and it became clear from the movement to reform quota system. To the government, the middle class is still not a force to be reckoned with.
