Desk Report: A 3-day green convention and expo will begin in the city on October 4 to promote green and energy efficient technology and public private partnership for sustainable developments in the country.
Bangladesh Infrastructure Finance Fund Limited will organise the Green PPP Convention and Expo in October 4-6 at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in Dhaka, said BIFFL executive director and chief executive officer SM Formanul Islam at the National Press Club in Dhaka on Thursday.
Finance minister AMA Muhith is expected to inaugurate the fair as chief guest while environment, forest and climate change minister Anisul Islam Mahmud, Bangladesh Bank governor Fazle Kabir and representative from World Bank consented to attend the convention.
