Jatiya Oikya Prokriya is a futile effort!

Utpal Dutta: Greater unity for an inclusive Election with massive vibes spreading over the nation might see the dark horse to untie ‘Greater unity’ consequently.
Dr. kamal Hossain want a ‘joint leadership’, a giant one, except for inclusion of Jamat. There will be no political alliance with the BNP if the party keeps Jamaat-e-Islami in the combine, said Gonoforum President Dr Kamal Hossain. The eminent jurist also stressed on ‘joint leadership’ for the alliance to be.
A giant dream might not come into day light, instead might have experienced a nightmare, as a dark horse is there to play the inevitable role.
The process of forming the alliance has already started, asserts Dr. Kamal Hossain while adding ‘We want a bigger alliance, but we don’t want the anti-liberation forces in it,’ he said at a press conference organised by his party at the Jatiya Press Club on 11 September, 2018
For upholding democracy, establishing of constitutional rule, fair and inclusive polls, the eminent jurists urge all to forge the alliance except for Jamat, a tiny dark horse might render it futile, feels the political activists and observers. Is there any chance of succeeding, is ‘few dollar question’ now. It seems leaky, pouring sugar into a cup without bottom.
Chronicle of political twist have been well observed for last few days grabs the public interest while the stories are significant too in the perspective of national political phenomena. And now there are something more to come out from the giant alliance bringing on more turn and twist yet to be watched out.
Jukto Front leader AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury and Gonoforum leader Dr Kamal Hossain jointly founded Jatiya Oikya Prokriya recently. Both of them made an official statement after the two leaders held a meeting at Dr Kamal Hossain’s home.
“Our party will not form the alliance with Jamaat in it. I don’t know whether other parties will do it or not. I didn’t do it in my entire life. Why should I do it in the end?” replied Dr. kamal Hossain when enquired following a press conference, held recently.
Meanwhile, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir Secretary General, BNP extended his party’s support to Jatiya Oikya Prokriya.
The noted jurist expelled Jamat mentioning that they can be in the 20-party alliance led by BNP but they are not supposed to be with ‘bigger alliance’. There is no possibility to form an alliance with Jamaat, he confirms.
He also expects BNP to form the alliance departing Jamaat. BNP needs to know the position of Jatiya Oikya prikriya, he urged. Issues leaving unresolved with Jamat, while long-held political associate BNP extends the hand to have a shake whether Jatiya Oikya Prokriya come to exist or not is quite bewildering.
