A French court has demanded that Marine Le Pen have psychological tests, because she shared images on her Twitter of the Islamic State beheading James Foley. She was the leader of the National Front in 2015 when she tweeted these images. NOW, the party has tried to change its name to the National Rally in order to move away from its racist image it once upheld.I don’t like Le Pen and I think she is crazy, extreme and a cold-hearted cow and I am so happy she was beat by Emmanuel Macron in the Presidential elections last year. It was a tight call and there was definitely a sigh of relief that swept across France when the results got released.As much as I dislike her, I can’t help thinking that this is a littttttttttle extreme. So she has to have psychiatric testing now for sharing these photos. Shouldn’t the same rule apply to everyone then? Shouldn’t the courts really clamp down on online grooming and the spread of child pornography? If they are so concerned about her mental condition, which led her to sharing these photos, I think they should adopt the same severity and apply it to all internet crimes.
