Land bought for BD consulate general office in Jeddah

    Desk Report: The Bang-ladesh government has bought a total of 1,200 square meters, approximately eight bighas, of land at West Bogdadia in Saudi Arabia’s port city Jeddah to build the own building for its Consulate General office, reports Observer BD. FM Borhan Uddin, Consul General of Bangladesh Consulate General, signed the deed on behalf of Bangladesh government.

    Golam Moshi, Bangladesh ambassador to Saudi Arabia; Shamsul Alam, joint secretary of finance ministry of Bangladesh; Jahangir Alam, director general (legal) of foreign ministry, and other officials were present.
