Desk Report: The government has decided to increase the number of students by 500 to 3,818 for admission to state-run medical colleges from the 2018-19 session for the first time in about a decade, reports BDnews24.
The health ministry took the decision in a meeting yesterday, it said in a statement.
At present, 31 public medical colleges have 3,318 seats for admission.
