Arab News: Yemeni Vice President Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar stressed on Friday the keenness of his country’s government to bring peace, Saudi state channel Al-Ekhbariya reported.
Al-Ahmar said that his government supports the United Nation’s efforts exerted by its envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths to achieve peace and resume the political process.He said that the position of government is consistent towards lasting peace based on the three reference points represented by the Gulf Initiative, the National Dialogue Conference and UN Security Council Resolution 2216.
