Dhaka Stock Exchange’s (DSE) partnership agreement with China’s Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange is going to bring a good vibe in the stock market industry since they already have good reputation in the international market.
Domestic and foreign investors will now have more confidence in investing with DSE with the partnership in place. My idea is that this is a positive step since the stock market can benefit from their partnership.
The stock market is currently unable to carry any sort of impact in our economy. Although this partnership is going to benefit the share market, it will take some time to make any contributions to the overall economy.
Especially, if there is a new product in the stock market, it may contribute a little bit in case of Initial public offering (IPO) or company governance. If businessmen benefit of withdraw their money, it may also benefit in investing which is a time-consuming process.
I believe DSE’s decision to make these Chinese stock markets its partner is a right decision. There have been many discussions before the decision was taken.
