In order to create quality and efficient manpower in every field, initiative should be taken by public and private organizations so that we can create good manpower. That’s why we have to work together. We have to think about what kind of manpower we need in our country. Whether skilled manpower is sufficient and what kind of training is needed to create skilled manpower. We have to conduct research on this. The information published from different organizations at different times show that foreigners who are working in Bangladesh send about 5/6 billion dollars abroad. On the other hand, Bangladeshis working abroad are sending 15 billion dollars to their own country, from there three percent are going out again in foreign countries. This is a problem. It is necessary to keep a program in public and private sector. Those who are employing foreign officials or workers in various organizations in this country say that there is no such trained person in this country for the kind of experience needed for this work. For this reason, they are recruiting people from different countries. To change this situation it needs planning, initiative and implementation. There will also be an institution to create skilled manpower, and if not, then it has to be done. In a day or two problems will not be solved. This requires a permanent and long-term plan.
