    Car bombs kill at least 25 in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu

    At least 25 people were killed from two dangerous car bombs in Somalia’s capital, Mogadishu. This is the second bombing that happened in Somalia and Al Shabaab militant group has declared itself responsible for this attack. Police officer Major Mohamed Hussein had a doubt that some militants were undercover and managed to escape with the rescued citizens.During the blockade, the group’s military operations spokesman Abdiasis Abu Musab said their aim was to attack the ministers and security officials in the hotel.According to President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, the intention behind the attack was to implant fear in the Somalis who later got together and did a parade against the Al Shabaab.Kuwait and kingdom of Saudi Arabia strongly condemned the terrorist attack that took place in Mogadishu on Saturday. In a statement foreign ministry of Kuwait said, that Kuwait calls on the international community to double efforts to eradicate terrorism. According to local media reports, during the blockade some of the militants were shot to death and the rest were caught alive. It was assumed that atleast five terrorists took part in this attack. The United States President Donald Trump has decided to take action to defeat the Al Shabab who has spread fear in Somalia and East Africa since a very long time.
