Online provocation is a serious matter, police has zero tolerance: DMP commissioner

    Police has zero tolerance on provocation matters in facebook and other social media says DMP commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia. He said this last Friday in a speech while celebrating the Durga Puja festival-2017 by Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishad at Dhaka’s Dhakeshwari temple.Commissioner says, “There are plenty of activists involved in provoking online. Instead of bursting out of anger consult with the police. We have zero tolerance on this kind of situation. We will try our best to solve any problems regarding to this issue.” Commissioner also says, “Regarding to this we will give maximum protection to the one’s who are facing this issue. It is our responsibility to take actions and people’s safety is not their headache anymore, it’s a concern of the government.”
