Whenever your life is going on pretty well and when you’re not expecting it, life can slap you in the face. A sudden series of bad fortune that can have the worst results. It seems as if when one thing goes wrong, every bad thing starts to unveil. Whenever that happens, your friends or family might give you the same solution; to think positive and to look at the bright side. But unfortunately, that’s not a solution. Thinking positive is maybe the worst thing you can do when your life is behaving badly with you.

Feeling bad and to know that your situation is valid and has a legitimate reason is a good thing.

Whatever your difficulty is, you have all the right to complain. Looking at the dark side at times can help you heal and to catch up on life. The most important thing you can do is accept what has happened to learn your lesson from it, no matter how the problem was created. It might be due to a wrong step taken, or you have no idea why your life sucks. But punishing yourself is completely pointless. Think about if you’re going to make the same mistake if you are given another chance, and then try to move on.

Another way to calm yourself down is to be a little bit more kind and giving to yourself. Take a break and separate yourself from life for a while to unwind. A walk through greenery, or even a soothing bath can help you relax. Health is wealth, you might have heard of this saying. Concentrate on your health. Eat right, sleep right and do some exercise as is it a natural antidepressant. Listen to some music or compose one yourself. This gives you an opportunity to let go of the bad feelings and find good ones.

Once you have composure, try to find solutions. Realize the fact that time can heal wounds eventually. Don’t cram your emotions deep down inside you. This will cause worse damage in the long run.

It is pretty obvious that you will learn from your mistakes and become stronger with time. There is no one in this planet with zero difficulties in life. Some have small problems, others have bigger problems. It is very easy for someone to feel guilty and bad. But if you know about what the people around you are going through, you can realize that you are not entitled to complain. Having a few bad days, where you become all cranky and sad isn’t that bad. It could be an inspiration, helping you to bring some changes in your life.
