    1. Recognize what abuse is
    What is the definition of abuse? If someone is continuously conspiring against you to cause you physically, mentally and in other ways, it’s abuse.
    2. Recognize physical abuse
    It may happen frequently or it may consistently but it should not be tolerated.
    Abuses might be in the following forms:
    • Pulling your hair, punching you, kicking you biting or choking you.
    • Pushing you to do something forcefully against your will.
    • Refusing you your basic rights.
    • Destroying your belongings.
    • Forcing you to take drugs or alcohol
    • Driving haphazardly when you’re present in the car.
    3. Signs of emotional abuse:
    • Calling you names
    • Criticizing all of your moves.
    • Embarrassing you intentionally
    • Posing threats to harm you or your loved ones or things
    • Making you forcefully go away from your near ones.
    • Making you guilty for their own mistakes
