    3 food shops fined Tk 13,000 in Rajshahi

    Three food shops were fined Taka 13,000 on charges of selling unhygienic and substandard foods to the customers in the city on Thursday.
    A team of Department of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) conducted the raid in Haragram Bazar area and found Mika Sweets and Departmental Store, New Olympia Sweets and Joy Maa Mistanno Bhandar for preparing, possessing and selling food items in unhygienic condition and substandard manner. -BSS
