The driver and a passenger of a rented motorcycle were killed as a bus crashed into their vehicle at Pathalia on the Dhaka-Khulna highway in Sadar upazila on Thursday morning.
Sub-inspector of Sadar Police Station Shah Alam said the accident occurred when a speeding bus hit from behind a rented motorcycle killing passenger Idris Ali,55, son of late Malek Molla of Fukra village in Kashiani upazila, and the bike driver on the spot.
