For nocturnal people like me, it becomes very difficult to pass the nights. And it is while surfing the darkest corners of the internet that I found an amazing way to pass the time. It involves two of my favorite things in this entire world. Horror fiction and superb audio production.
The NoSleep Podcast is an on-demand internet podcast that hosts horror stories extracted from Reddit’s NoSleep forum. This podcast has to be one of the scariest and chilling things I have ever come across. The stories are screened by the show’s meticulous cast and only the best that horror literature has to offer comes through.
The soundtracks and audio effects by Brandon Boone is probably the most brilliant aspect of this show. No horror show can run without creepy music in the background and thankfully, they’ve been amazing in their efforts in this department.
You have to give it to the Reddit users who submit the stories here too. I mean most stories are incredibly well written and they highlight the best of horror literature. You need to listen to just a few episodes in order to get completely hooked for life. So turn off the lights and crawl up in your safest blanket because you will be scared.
