A court here on Monday granted bail to BNP Chairperson’s adviser Abdul Awal Mintoo in seven case filed with Ramna, Shahbagh and Paltan police stations.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Khurshid Alam granted bail to the BNP leader in 2 cases filed with Ramna and Shahbagh police stations when he surrendered before the court and sought bail.
Besides, Magistrate Md Maruf Hossain granted him bail in 5 other cases filed with Paltan police station.
The seven cases were filed for carrying out vandalism, sabotage and obstructing police from discharging their duty in 2014 and 2015.
