Love Doritos? Love deep-fried nuggety things? Why not try a combination of both? The recipe only requires 10 minutes of active time and before long say hello to your very own Doritos fused chicken bites! These are also pretty great for taking to school or work. Here’s the recipe which makes enough for the serving size of two people. It takes around 10 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook.

To begin, you’ll need the following ingredients:
4 oz Doritos. (You can get any other Tortilla chips if you’d like to try it that way)

8 oz chicken tenders (boneless and skinless preferably)

    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 egg, beaten

Firstly, preheat your oven to 400F. Then move on to cutting those chicken tenders into bite sized pieces. Once you’re done with that, use a food processor to crush the Doritos. A lot of folks in Bangladesh might not own a food processor, so in case that happens, use a blender to do the crushing. A blender can’t handle the same amount of food that a food processor can, so blend in smaller batches if you’re having doubts. Once you’re done with the blending, keep the crushed Doritos in a separate bowl. Then avert your attention back to the chicken.

Shaking off any excess, dust the chicken with flour, then dip them in the beaten egg one at a time. This should be followed by evenly coating the chicken with Doritos crumbs. Once you’ve repeated the coating procedure with all the pieces, set the chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. I admit that I have used A4 sized paper before, since I couldn’t find parchment paper anywhere. You may do that as well but in that case I cannot confirm complete food safety, since I don’t know. Insert the tray in the oven and let the chicken bake for 15 minutes. What I like about this recipe is that it’s innovative and easy to make at the same time. Hope you enjoy this recipe! I’m sure that it’ll be the highlight of your day at school or work.
