The Jura even looks different from typical coffee machines. Its aluminum fascia is not less than an architectural artwork. (Intelligent Water System) flows through the I.P.B.A.S. (Intelligent Pre Brew Aroma System) to dampen the ground coffee so that it swells up before brewing.
A P.E.P. (Pulse Extraction Process) pulses water through the ground coffee, rather than just flowing through. The process takes a little bit more time, but the flavors are rich in the coffee. Many coffee machines lack this quality, but the Jura Z6 gets it right.
