All the geeks and space crazed people have already know about the awesome Innovative Advanced Concept (NIAC) Program by NASA. Out of all the new eight space projects that have passed through Phase-I test and received a fat load of money to continue to build models, one is already almost finished. Also one of the most reality based exciting. Space stops with force fields and deep sleep chambers. The goal of this particular project is to
ensure astronauts’ health, condition and success in far space traveling.

Vision System Torpor Habitat or the working model of deep sleep chamber is much different than just simple wet/gassed beds people seen the movies, reported by Ria Misra at Gizmodo. Rather they are filled with gadgets, probes and very medically supported comfortable long-term sleeping environment.
Growth-Adapted Tensegrity Structures are meant to work as the space outpost

of human spaceships. They consist of force fields to make it feel like home for the astronauts and move their body a little. This is all planned to be built by drones and robots. For ages it has been a great matter of concern, when astronauts spend too long in zero gravity they tend loose much of their health. The gravity on earth makes our muscles and bones work very much. Without that in space, muscle and bone density may radically reduce.

They believe, this will be a big head-start to first space colonizing process.
