After a dyke of sudden, amazing celebrity deaths in 2016, fans were shocked to see the (deflated) news that Jack Black, 46, had also passed away on June 4. Luckily, the declaration that came straight from his band Tenacious D’s Twitter account was 100% false, but everyone wanted to know why Jack and best bud Kyle Gass, 55, would tweet something so horrendous! They didn’t post the tweet as a pun, rather some awful person hacked their Twitter account and tried to make the world believe that the cherished entertainer was dead. “WE had our Twitter account hacked. We can assure you that Jack is ALIVE and WELL and that this was a sick ‘prank,’” The Tenacious D tweeted. The last six months is full of too many celebrity deaths to count.
