Hidamari no Kanojo is a romantic movie based on two young people who used to go to junior high together.The movie stars Matsumoto Jun as Osuda Kosuke and Ueno Juri as Watarai Mao. However, after school, they lose all kinds of contacts, but meet again in their mid twenties. This time of course they fall in love. The world seems to be a perfect place for them now but is it perfect after all? It looked like Mao had a secret that she was keeping.The plot of the story is quite simple but the movie is beautifully made. The colors, the music, the tone of the movie is very subtle and blends with the mood. The chemistry of the duo is extremely charismatic and Ueno is a wonderful actress. The movie is focused on almost all the time except for a few scenes where Mao’s brother appears and occasionally her co-worker. The stars who played these roles are Masaki Suda and Tamayama Tetsuji.
