Reducing Dandruff

    Most of us have encountered with dandruff at some point or the other. Here’s a few tips as to how to deal with notorious dandruff.
    1. Consult a doctor to find an underlying reason, if there is any. Some physical ailments may cause skin to dry up and cause dandruff and it might be necessary to prevent it.
    2. Get in touch with the reality of your stress levels. Mental frustration might cause skin problems which lead to dandruff. Try to stay relaxed and positive in life and it will reduce your dandruff.
    3. You need water-soluble vitamins to keep your skin hydrated. Zinc-included food like oysters, red meat or poultry will be your friend.
    4. Some Vitamin D3 – time under the sun will help produce healthy oils in your scalp.
    5. Watch out and be aware of styling products which cause skin to dry up and make your skin flaky.
    6. Use the right shampoo-not too invasive not too mild.
    7. Use yoghurt and oil- mix them up and put the mixture on your head and leave it for 30-40 minutes. Wash it off using shampoo in one or two rounds. Try repeating this process once a week at least.
