Not possible to force all to work

Prof Dr AK Azad speaks to DOT :
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina asked the new cabinet to work with sincerity and honesty to fulfill the expectations of people. It is not unusual for the Prime Minister to warn her cabinet about any misdeed including corruption. Many members of the cabinet are new and the PM sounded the warning to give a guideline to the cabinet members. It is also part of her responsibility to guide the cabinet.
The PM did it out of her commitment and it is a commendable initiative without any doubt, which will curb corruption.
Now questions may arise as to how much a person can keep tabs on the whole cabinet. In that case, it is easier said than done. Nonetheless, I believe that she will be able to do it. She has both political and official sources to get feedback from every ministry. Actually, I think the PM wants to guide and suggest the cabinet through playing the role of a watchdog. Being the head of the cabinet, the PM can monitor all and everyone is accountable to her.
Every cabinet member should remain honest and dutiful to deliver on the promises. You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink. Everyone should be a watchdog of his own.
