Attaporn Boonmakchuay, 38, from near Bangkok, Thailand, called on the help of his wife and neighbor as he wrestled a python that had sunk its fangs into his manhood. Apparently the snake had gotten into the sewer system while the waters had risen and swum up the line in hope of getting out somewhere high. Unfortunately for Mr Attaporn, that higher, dryer place had been his toilet at home. Unaware of the danger lurking in his toilet bowl, Attaporn attended to his call of nature and was promptly bitten by the 10 foot python. He immediately called out for help but had to hang on to dear life till his wife arrived. He struggled to remove the snake for 30 minutes Wednesday before he managed to free himself with help from his wife and a neighbor. After his wife tied a rope around the snake, Attaporn pried open its jaws before passing out. Emergency workers dismantled the Asian-style squat toilet, with the python still twined through it. The snake was taken away to be released back into the wild.
